簡要規(guī)則描述：馬家浜（川橋路-規(guī)劃翠柏路）河道建設(shè)工程位于上海市浦東新區(qū)馬家浜，北起川橋路，南至規(guī)劃翠柏路，長約2.1公里，為規(guī)劃次干河道，河口寬按規(guī)劃藍(lán)線40米實施，兩側(cè)陸域控制帶帶結(jié)合現(xiàn)狀因地制宜按0-20米布置防汛通道和綠化。主要建設(shè)內(nèi)容為河道開挖與疏拓工程、護(hù)岸工程、橋梁工程、防汛通道、綠化工程及相關(guān)附屬工程，以及征地動遷、管線和綠化搬遷等前期工作。為配合馬家浜（川橋路-規(guī)劃翠柏路）河道建設(shè)工程主體施工，需前期對有關(guān)影響工程主體施工的電力管線進(jìn)行搬遷。
